Galmere is technically accomplished in customer and statutory requirements – utilising qualitative and quantitative research as well as continually developing our quality systems. Product testing includes sensory, microbial and nutritional analysis. Our continuous training programme ensures we are highly vigilant on allergen control and monitoring.
Galmere is an ambitious, resourceful producer from top of the range production kitchens. We currently make 450,000kg of soup a year. In ingredients preparation we optimise quality, using a combination of automated and hand preparation. We are responsive to increasing demands for reduced sugar and salt. We use semi automated depositing with hand fill as required and have the facilities to provide automated top web seal, lidding and labelling.
