Galmere researches consumer food trends, looking at global food cultures. We capture them and interpret these flavours and combinations for domestic and international markets.
Our production kitchen is within our 33,000 sq ft certified organic, BRC accredited, nut free facility in Galway, Ireland.
Galmere was bought by Donworth Capital in 2013.
